Stopped by to get lunch and this time we ordered: Hung Tao Yee-Fu won ton soup. The broth cane with crunchy wontons in a broth filled with artificial crab, egg whites. It's always good. We tried the salt pepper chicken wings. Fried crispy and piping hot and covered with chopped jalapeños. They do this dish very well. Our last dish was green pepper black bean beef chow fun. Tasty with nice whole pieces of Blk beans. The meal was very satisfying compared to other times we've been here. Hats off to the chef today.

Came here for dinner. Local spot. The food was prepared hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The service is to the point and direct. The ambiance is casual with bright interior lighting. I'll return to try the rest of the menu.

Fried rice is balanced but not oily, They are nice to my kids. Nice selection of dishes.

Small little restaurant in a strip mall that serves authentic HK comfort food. Service is fast and friendly. Of all things we tried, what was MIND blowing was the: Coffee Ribs - Sweet and savory, with a whiff of coffee, MUST TRY Anyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by when you're in the area.

Andy's is my go-to stop if I'm craving Chinese food when I visit my relative over here. I always order the tofu with shrimp because it's Andy's trade mark, I think it's called San Pang Tofu. The chow foon today could have been improved if there was more flavor but it still was decent. And the fried wonton soup called in my broken Chinese hong toh yee foo wonton soup. And the bitter melon is called foo gua is my grandma's favorite, today we ordered it with fish. See photos for better accuracy. Service is quick. Ambiance is a typical Chinese restaurant in SF area. My cousin wanted Chinese food yesterday and i told him well the last time we came to Bargain Outlet there was a new restaurant that i haven't seen so we went by there yesterday it was only two tables,but within 20 minutes later it was packed with people eating and people ordering food to go and they got pictures around the restaurant. So you can see what your food looks like if you want to order it. We had the house chow mein and we had some kind of spicy beef we had egg rolls i had the lunch special lemon chicken over white rice if you want fried rice it's $3 extra my cousin had lemon chicken over rice and the food was really good and it was actually pretty cheap. I definitely will come back and try their chicken or barbecue fried rice and pot stickers i noticed a couple of people ordered it and also ordered wonton soup it looked really good and customer service was really fast friendly and the restaurant was clean my cousin said the bathroom was clean. This review is for the rice plates: Was craving for some lunch rice plate and decided to go to HKR. I ordered the tomato beef rice plate and my dad ordered the tofu beef rice plate. Each plate cost $12.95, which is a good price. The portion was decent and satisfying. The beef in each of the rice plate was tender. The sauce is superb and i mixed it all with the rice. There are more rice plates to select from the menu. Highly recommend trying any of the rice plate dishes. This place is located across from the costco on el camino. There are plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. You get your typical chinese restaurant customer service, so dont expect a nice meet and greet. If you want chinese for lunch, i recommend this place if you're in the surrounding area.
